Introduction
This program allows you to stop a scheduled shutdown or reboot on a computer. Shutdowns and reboots can be scheduled on a local or remote computer with our NT Remote Reboot Manager or other similar product.
Installation
There are no special procedures to follow. Just place the program in the Windows directory or in a dedicated folder (directory). Since this is a console application it would make sense to have the program in the path.
abortshutd has been developed and tested on NT 4.0 and requires no additional runtime DLLs.
Usage
abortshutd.exe v1.0.0.1 compiled Jul 9 2000 at 18:54:51 USAGE: abortshutd.exe [-q] [-m] -q (optional) quiet operation. disclaimer is not displayed. -m (optional) machine to stop scheduled shutdown on. if not specified, the local machine is assumed.
